G’day! I was born in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. My family relocated to Christchurch, New Zealand, before moving to Darwin, Australia. I am currently based in Melbourne and am a citizen and passport holder of all 3 countries.
After completing Year 12 in Darwin I received my Bachelor of Laws degree from the University Of Queensland. After graduating I spent some time at the Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade (DFAT) before commencing my articles with a law firm on the Gold Coast.
After deciding a legal career was not for me, I started my own Sports Management business, working for a range of clients including the National Football League (NFL). I then started to focus solely on growing the game of Australian Rules football internationally.
For 5 years I was based in London, where I established the Aussie Rules Schools program and the annual European Championships.
I believe Australian Rules Football is the greatest sport in the world. I have spent the past 20 years conceptualising and creating new projects, teams and events to assist in the international growth of our great game. Within this website you will find more information regarding each of these.
